Cementitious Self Leveling

Cementitious Self Leveling is a blend of special rapid setting cements, graded aggregates, polymers and additives. It is supplied as a dry, grey powder which requires only the addition of water to produce a self smoothing,free flowing material.

Cementitious Self Leveling is used in interiors for levelling and smoothing differencesin thicknesses from 3 mm to 10 mm on new or existing surfaces, preparing them to receive flooring where a high resistance to loads and traffic is required.Typical applications would include use in hospitals, restuarants, commerical spaces, institutions and shopping centres.

Features & benefits of Cementitious Self Leveling are –

1. It can be applied in thicknesses up to 10 mm per layer without shrinkage or cracking, and develops good compressive and flexural strength as well as resistance to indentation and abrasion.
2. For thicknesses greater than 10 mm (max. 20 mm), it may be necessary to add extra graded sand.
3. Rapid curing – Rapid curing helps to eliminate the turn around time.
4. Simple installation – Applicator friendly. Just Pour and spread technique allows large areas of floor to be covered very quickly.
5. Highly durable – Produces a hard-wearing surface, with excellent impact resistance.
6. Versatile – Can be applied in thicknesses of 3mm to 10mm, using a pump or manually.
